the only time I was having stalling issues was when I was running lots of valve overlap. I've got Jun intake gears and had extra overlap at idle which makes them a little shaky at idle anyway. With VTC you should have zero extra overlap at idle which should make it even easier to delete the IAC. I may delete my IAC again since I'm not using the extra overlap anymore. It does make for a few less parts and since I'm running dual MAFs without a Selin I'll have less hoses to.
